At The Kindness Company, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Every return process is handled with care to ensure your experience remains as seamless and kind as your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we prepare your refund or exchange.
